The story
Sarita’s work with groups is not presented as one dramatic method. It is a sequence of distinct invitations: conversation around the Leela field, attention to breath, accessible movement and periods of quiet.

01
The group begins with a frame.
In a Leela session, the board gives the group a shared point of attention. A participant enters with a question, moves through the field and speaks from what the position brings forward. Sarita’s role is to hold the sequence, ask for specificity and keep one person’s process from becoming a performance for everyone else.
The group is part of the practice, but disclosure is not an obligation. Listening, passing and taking time outside the circle remain legitimate forms of participation. DreamSupreme describes Leela as facilitated self-inquiry rather than treatment or a promised result.
02
Breath changes the pace.
Guided breath practice moves attention from discussion toward direct sensation. Instructions can be simple: notice the contact of the body with the ground, follow an unforced inhale and exhale, and observe where effort enters.
The practice is suitability-led and voluntary. It is not a test of endurance, and no participant needs to reproduce another person’s rhythm. At Trulli Masseria Barattolo, the courtyard and olive grove offer space for the group to remain connected without feeling enclosed.
03
Movement makes room for stillness.
Yoga and meditation complete a different part of the arc. Accessible movement can wake up joints and attention after hours of sitting; a chair, cushion or smaller range remains part of the room rather than an exception to it.
Meditation then reduces instruction. The aim is not identical posture or a particular belief, but a period in which each person can notice what remains when conversation stops. Sarita’s published work places yoga, meditation, breathing practices and Leela together across retreat formats; DreamSupreme keeps each element clearly named and optional.
